Department of Community and Economic Development, PA
Chamber of Business and Industry, and the Central
Penn Business Journal, ranked TPD the # 5 Best
Place To Work In PA in the medium sized firms
category (those under 500 employees) among all types
of organizations in PA.
This is TPD’s 7th consecutive year as a Top
15 Best Place to Work in PA, and TPD is the highest
ranked engineering firm in the state. |

TPD Takes A Bus Trip To Pennsylvania Renaissance
Faire

As part of TPD’s efforts to provide exceptional
staff benefits, TPD sponsored a bus trip to the
Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire for staff, including
co-ops, and their families and friends. Participants
enjoyed a plethora of entertainment, including
theater, games, and wine tastings.

TPD Awarded as ESGR Patriot

The National Committee for Employer Support of the
Guard and Reserve (ESGR) awarded TPD the Patriot
Award on behalf of the Department of Defense.
This award recognizes TPD for being a Patriotic
Employer who contributes to national security and
protects liberty and freedom by supporting employee
participation in America’s National Guard and
Reserve Force.

TPD Takes A Bus Trip To A Philadelphia Phillies Game

As part of TPD’s efforts to provide exceptional
staff benefits, TPD sponsored a bus trip to a
Philadelphia Phillies Game for staff, including
co-ops, and their families and friends. Participants
enjoyed exploring Citizens Bank Park, including a
unique opportunity to view and take photos with the
World Series Trophy, and watching the Philadelphia
Phillies beat the Washington Nationals.

TPD Celebrates 20 Successful Years

Founded in April 1989 in a remodeled three-story
colonial house located in Oaks, PA, TPD began with
six employees, and over the last 20 years has grown
into 5 strategically located offices throughout
Pennsylvania and New Jersey. TPD’s priority on
sustainable company growth has enabled the firm to
develop and maintain its staff of highly-qualified
professionals whose contribution to infrastructure,

Creek Ski Resort for staff, including co-ops, and

day skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hanging out in the
lodge, and generally enjoying quality time outdoors.

of the Year

The Delaware Valley Engineers Week
Council (DVEWC) honored Joe Platt as Young Engineer of the
Year. By diligently planning and actively pursuing
Professional Development opportunities, Joe continuously
promotes civil engineering and contributes greatly to the
profession. As noted by the Delaware Valley Engineers Week
