Announce Harrisburg Office

SUSQUEHANNA TOWNSHIP
- Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. (TPD) established a full service office
in the Harrisburg area on March 1, 2000. TPD opened the office in order
to accommodate the growing demand for its services associated with a $1.25
million PennDOT District 8-0 open-end contract, their continuing design
work on Route 41 and PA 72, as well as other projects for state, municipal,
and private clients.
The addition of their
Harrisburg Office, located at 1820 Linglestown Road, enables TPD to meet
PennDOT's high standards for quality and provide expanded services to
clients in Central Pennsylvania.
TPD is a 90-member
organization, specializing exclusively in transportation engineering and
related services, such as traffic studies; highway, traffic signal, and
bridge design; and environmental studies. TPD specialization enables them
to provide a level of expertise unmatched, even by national engineering
firms that often include a "traffic department" among their
many divisions.
